Boddiny Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a free replacement or a refund when appropriate.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production can begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.
